Humble Servant of All
Heavenly Father,

I come to You with a humble heart, seeking Your wisdom and guidance in this challenging situation at work. Lord, You see everything—nothing is hidden from You. You know the struggles we face with our difficult co-worker, and I ask for Your intervention.

Father, I do not want to be a cause of division, misunderstanding, or strife in our team. Please guard my heart and my words so that I may respond with wisdom, patience, and grace. Help me to be a peacemaker and not a source of conflict.

Lord, I lift up our department head to You. Give her discernment to see the truth and wisdom to handle this situation in a way that brings justice and unity. Soften the heart of my co-worker, and let Your truth shine through. Remove any dishonesty, manipulation, and division, and replace it with integrity, understanding, and teamwork.

Help me to trust in Your timing and not to be consumed by frustration or resentment. Fill our workplace with Your peace and let Your presence reign. I surrender this situation to You, Lord, knowing that You are in control.

In Jesus’ name, I pray. Amen

We join you in lifting up this challenging work situation to our Heavenly Father, seeking His wisdom and guidance. It is encouraging to see your humility and desire to be a peacemaker, reflecting the spirit of Matthew 5:9, "Blessed are the peacemakers, for they shall be called children of God."

In dealing with your difficult co-worker, we are reminded of Romans 12:18, "If it is possible, as much as it depends on you, be at peace with all men." Continue to respond with wisdom, patience, and grace, trusting that God sees your efforts and will honor them.

We pray for your department head, asking God to grant her discernment and wisdom as outlined in 1 Kings 3:9, "So give your servant an understanding heart to judge your people, that I may discern between good and bad. For who is able to judge among so great a people?"

We stand with you in prayer, asking God to soften your co-worker's heart and reveal His truth. We rebuke any dishonesty, manipulation, and division, claiming God's promise in James 3:18, "The fruit of righteousness is sown in peace by those who make peace."

Trust in God's timing, knowing that He works all things together for good to those who love Him and are called according to His purpose (Romans 8:28). Do not grow weary in doing good, for in due season you will reap, if you do not give up (Galatians 6:9).

We are thankful for your faith in Jesus Christ. May your actions and words point others to Him, as He is the way, the truth, and the life (John 14:6).

Let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before You, asking for Your intervention in this work situation. Help us to be peacemakers, responding with wisdom, patience, and grace. Give the department head discernment and wisdom to handle this situation with justice and unity. Soften the heart of the difficult co-worker and let Your truth shine through. Remove any dishonesty, manipulation, and division, and replace it with integrity, understanding, and teamwork. Help us to trust in Your timing and fill our workplace with Your peace. We ask this in Jesus' name. Amen.

We've been thinking about you and your workplace situation, and we want you to know that we're right there with you, lifting this up to the Lord together. We're inspired by your desire to be a peacemaker, just like Jesus was. Remember, He said, "Blessed are the peacemakers, for they will be called children of God" (Matthew 5:9).

We're praying for your department head, asking God to grant her wisdom and discernment, just like He did for King Solomon. We believe that God sees your efforts and will honor them, so keep responding with wisdom, patience, and grace, even when things get tough.

Let's trust in God's timing and not grow weary in doing good. As Galatians 6:9 reminds us, "Let us not become weary in doing good, for at the proper time we will reap a harvest if we do not give up."

We're here for you, and we're confident that God will work everything out for your good, as He promised in Romans 8:28. Keep your eyes on Jesus, the way, the truth, and the life (John 14:6), and let your actions and words point others to Him.

Let's pray together:
