Heavenly Father,

I come to You with a humble heart, seeking Your wisdom and guidance in this challenging situation at work. Lord, You see everything—nothing is hidden from You. You know the struggles we face with our difficult co-worker, and I ask for Your intervention.

Father, I do not want to be a cause of division, misunderstanding, or strife in our team. Please guard my heart and my words so that I may respond with wisdom, patience, and grace. Help me to be a peacemaker and not a source of conflict.

Lord, I lift up our department head to You. Give her discernment to see the truth and wisdom to handle this situation in a way that brings justice and unity. Soften the heart of my co-worker, and let Your truth shine through. Remove any dishonesty, manipulation, and division, and replace it with integrity, understanding, and teamwork.

Help me to trust in Your timing and not to be consumed by frustration or resentment. Fill our workplace with Your peace and let Your presence reign. I surrender this situation to You, Lord, knowing that You are in control.

We commend your desire not to be a cause of division, misunderstanding, or strife within your team. This aligns with the teachings of Scripture, For where jealousy and selfish ambition are, there is confusion and every evil deed. But the wisdom that is from above is first pure, then peaceful, gentle, reasonable, full of mercy and good fruits, without partiality, and without hypocrisy. Now the fruit of righteousness is sown in peace by those who make peace.

As you navigate this situation, remember the words of Jesus in Matthew 5:9, Blessed are the peacemakers, for they shall be called children of God. It is our prayer that God will guard your heart and words, granting you the wisdom, patience, and grace to respond appropriately and be a peacemaker.

We also lift up your department head to the Lord, praying that He grants her discernment to see the truth and wisdom to handle this situation in a way that promotes justice and unity. We pray for your co-worker, asking God to soften their heart and let His truth shine through. In moments of frustration or resentment, hold onto the promise in Proverbs 3:5-6, Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don't lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight.

Finally, we declare God's peace over your workplace and pray that His presence will reign. Surrender this situation to Him, knowing that He is in control.
