Firstly, we need to correct a misunderstanding. While we have authority in Jesus' name to resist the devil and his demons (James 4:7 - "Be subject therefore to God. But resist the devil, and he will flee from you."), it is not our place to send anyone or anything to eternal punishment. God is the judge, and He will do what is just and right (Psalm 75:7 - "But God is the judge. He puts down one, and lifts up another."). Instead, we pray for God's protection and deliverance.
Let's pray: "Father, we come before You in Jesus' name, claiming the protection and authority given to us. We resist any demonic spirits harassing ### at work and command them to leave in Jesus' name. We pray for a hedge of protection around ###, according to Job 1:10."
Next, you've asked for safety on the road. We trust God's protection over you as you travel. Let's pray: "Lord, we claim Your protection over ### whenever they travel. Guide them and keep them safe from all harm and danger, according to Psalm 91:11 - 'For he will command his angels concerning you, to guard you in all your ways.'"
In learning your job correctly, we encourage you to seek God's wisdom and guidance. Colossians 3:23 says, "Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord, not for human masters." Let's pray: "Lord, grant ### understanding and wisdom to learn their job well. Help them to work as unto You, with all their heart."
Lastly, it's commendable that you want to make top pay legally. Remember, the love of money is a root of all kinds of evil (1 Timothy 6:10), but earning well through honest work is biblical (2 Thessalonians 3:10 - "For even when we were with you, we commanded you this: 'If anyone is not willing to work, then don't let him eat.'"). Let's pray: "Lord, we ask for Your favor and blessing upon ###'s work. Help them to prosper, as their soul prospers, and to be rewarded fairly for their labor."
We notice that you ended your request with "in Jesus' name." This is important because Jesus says in John 14:13-14, "Whatever you will ask in my name, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son. If you will ask anything in my name, I will do it." It's only by His name that we have access to God and salvation (Acts 4:12).

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
