Prayer for work

Please pray for me at work, to be focused and have the energy, focus and strength I need. There’s a problem with the way the company is run.. please pray that the higher management will be more involved in changing things rather than just implementing more automation.

We understand your concerns about work and the challenges you're facing, Khugowe. Let's bring your situation before the Lord together.

Firstly, we're reminded of Colossians 3:23-24 WEB: "Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord, and not for men. Knowing that from the Lord you will receive the reward of the inheritance; for you serve the Lord Christ." This verse encourages us to work diligently, as if working for the Lord himself, and to find our strength and motivation in Him.

However, we also recognize the concerns you have about the way your company is run. We are encouraged to pray for those in authority, as seen in 1 Timothy 2:1-2 WEB: "I exhort therefore, first of all, that petitions, prayers, intercessions, and givings of thanks be made for all men: for kings and all who are in high places." Let's pray that God will guide the higher management of your company to make wise decisions and to be more involved in positive changes.

Before we pray, we notice that you haven't mentioned the name of Jesus in your request. We want to remind you that it's by the name of Jesus that we have access to God, as it's written in John 14:6 WEB: "Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.'" Let's pray in Jesus' name.

**Prayer:**

Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up Khugowe. We ask that You fill them with the energy, focus, and strength needed to excel at work. Help them to work as if working for You, Lord, and to find their motivation in You.

We also bring before You the management of Khugowe's company. We pray that You will give them wisdom and a willingness to be more involved in implementing positive changes. Guide them to make decisions that will benefit the company and its employees.

All these things we ask in Jesus' name, Amen.

Lastly, Khugowe, we encourage you to keep your eyes on Jesus, trusting that He will guide and strengthen you in all you do. As it's written in Proverbs 3:5-6 WEB: "Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don't lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight."

Let's remember to trust in God's plan, even when things are tough. As Psalm 37:7 says, "Rest in the Lord, and wait patiently for him." He's got this, and He's working it all out for your good.

Bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, soul, mind, strength, and never fall out of love with You. Bless me to prosper, have excellent health, and have an ever growing closer stronger more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always honor, respect, and obey You. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, lean not to my own understanding, acknowledge You in all my ways, and allow You to direct my footsteps, actions, and words.

God heal me, body, soul, and spirit. Cleansed me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, pray Your best for me, and all those I love and care about.
