Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before you in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our brother ### and his son ###. Lord, we acknowledge that ### is currently bound by the stronghold of drug addiction, and we humbly ask for your intervention and deliverance in his life.
Father, we declare that no power of darkness can withstand the power of your name. We rebuke the work of Satan that is holding ### captive and ask that you break every chain that binds him. We pray for his freedom from the grip of drugs, knowing that through your Son, Jesus Christ, there is victory over every addiction.
Lord, we ask that you open ###'s eyes to see the love and grace of Jesus Christ. Let your Holy Spirit speak to his heart and bring an end to the work of Satan that is blinding him. We pray for his salvation, that he may experience the transforming power of your forgiveness and redemption.
We stand on your promises, Father, knowing that you are faithful to hear our prayers. Your Word reminds us in Daniel 9:17, "Now therefore, O our God, hear the prayer of thy servant, and his supplications, and cause thy face to shine upon thy sanctuary that is desolate, for the Lord's sake." We ask that you shine your face upon ###, bringing restoration and healing to his life.
Lord, we also pray for strength and perseverance for ### and his family. Help them to continue in prayer, holding the ground they have gained through intercession. Give them the wisdom to support ### with love and grace, while trusting in your power to bring about transformation.
We thank you, Lord, for your unfailing love and mercy. We believe that you are able to set ### free from the bondage of addiction and bring him into a life of purpose and fulfillment. May your name be glorified through his testimony of deliverance.
