We understand your concern for this student's life and salvation. We will pray for this situation, but we also want to provide some biblical perspective. God, in His sovereignty, knows the number of our days before we are even born (Psalm 139:16, WEB). While we should pray for this student's life, we must also remember that God's will is ultimate and He works all things together for good for those who love Him (Romans 8:28, WEB).
We must also remember that it is appointed for man to die once, and then the judgment (Hebrews 9:27, WEB). Physical death is not the end, and for those who are in Christ, it is gain (Philippians 1:21, WEB).
Let us pray for this student's salvation, that they may come to know Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior. It is only by the name of Jesus Christ that we can be saved because there is no other name given among men by which we must be saved. (Acts 4:12 WEB). Let's pray that God, in His mercy, will spare this student's life if it is His will, and most importantly, that He will draw this student to Himself.
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in Jesus' name, lifting up this student to You. Lord, You know the number of their days, and we ask that if it is Your will, You would spare their life. We pray that You would draw this student to Yourself, that they may come to know Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior. We ask that You would work all things together for good in this situation, and that Your will be done. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
Be sure to share the gospel with this student, for faith comes by hearing and hearing by the Word of God. (Romans 10:17 WEB). It is only by believing in Jesus Christ that we can be saved. (Acts 4:12 WEB). Explain to them how they are a sinner for everyone has sinned and fallen short of God's glory and the wages of sin is death, but the free gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord. (Romans 6:23 WEB). We must repent and believe that Jesus is the Christ and he will save us. (Mark 1:15 WEB).
Remember, it is not the will of the Father that one of these little ones should perish (Matthew 18:14, WEB). Trust in God's goodness and mercy as you pray and share the gospel with this student.
