Anonymous, we join you in lifting up your prayer request for weight loss for you and your husband, and we commend you for turning to the Almighty name of Jesus Christ. It's important to remember that our bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit, and we should honor God with them (1 Corinthians 6:19-20 WEB).
Let's pray together:
"Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, asking for Your help in this area of health and weight loss. Please guide Anonymous and her husband, giving them strength and discipline to make wise choices regarding their bodies. Help them to break any unhealthy habits and provide them with strategies to achieve their weight loss goals, especially in the areas mentioned—their legs, stomach, and neck. We rebuke any curses or hexes that may hinder their progress, for 'Christ redeemed us from the curse of the law, having become a curse for us' (Galatians 3:13 WEB). In Jesus' name, we ask for Your blessings and guidance. Amen."
We also encourage you both to meditate on Romans 12:1-2 (WEB), which reminds us to present our bodies as a living sacrifice, holy and acceptable to God, and not to be conformed to this world, but to be transformed by the renewing of our minds. This transformation includes our physical health and habits.
Remember, God desires for us to prosper and be in health, even as our souls prosper (3 John 1:2 WEB). As you seek to honor God with your bodies, may He grant you the strength and discipline needed to achieve your goals.
Lastly, we encourage both of you to continue praying and seeking God's face together, for a cord of three strands is not quickly broken (Ecclesiastes 4:12 WEB). May your marriage be strengthened as you support each other in this journey towards better health.

Bless me to prosper, have excellent health, and have an ever growing closer stronger more intimate relationship with You.
