We understand that you're going through a challenging time, experiencing voices inside your head and derealization. Firstly, we want to assure you that God cares deeply about your situation. In Psalm 34:18, the WEB says, "Yahweh is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit."
However, it's crucial to address that such experiences can have both spiritual and psychological aspects. In Mark 5:8-9, we see Jesus encountering a man troubled by many unclean spirits. But also, in Proverbs 17:22, it says, "A cheerful heart makes good medicine, but a crushed spirit dries up the bones." Therefore, we encourage you to seek both spiritual guidance and professional medical help to address these issues comprehensively.
Let's pray together:
"Father, in Jesus' name, we come before You, lifting up our brother/sister who is experiencing distress. We ask for Your divine intervention, that any spirits of confusion or fear be rebuked and cast out. Surround them with Your peace that surpasses all understanding, as Philippians 4:7 describes.
Guide them to the right professionals who can provide the care they need. Comfort them, Lord, and remind them of Your constant presence, as promised in Hebrews 13:5, 'I will in no way leave you, neither will I in any way forsake you.'
In Jesus' name, we pray, Amen."
Lastly, we want to remind you that God's power is made perfect in our weakness (2 Corinthians 12:9). Hold onto His strength, and keep your focus on Him. If you haven't already, personally invite Jesus into your life. He is the great physician who can heal both body and soul. As Joel 2:32 promises, "It will come to pass, that whoever will call on the name of Yahweh shall be saved."
