We understand that you are seeking a miracle for a full-time permanent job in a specific location for you and someone else, and you're also requesting support for an upcoming CELPIP test. We will pray and provide biblical encouragement for you.
Firstly, we notice that you did not mention the name of Jesus Christ. It is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God. Let us remember that there is no other name by which we can be saved.

Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our brother/sister who is seeking a full-time permanent job. We pray that You will open the right doors and provide a job that not only meets their needs but also allows them to serve You and others. We ask that You guide them through the application process, give them favor with potential employers and other people and that Your will be done in their lives.
We also pray for their upcoming CELPIP test. We ask that You grant them wisdom, understanding, and a good memory. Help them to pass with excellent scores, exceeding the requirements. Give them peace during the test and help them to recall all that they have studied.
Father, help him/her to trust You more, knowing that You are the God who provides, the God who sees him/her. Help him/her to believe in Jesus Christ and Your saving power if they do not already do so. Help them to seek Your will and Your kingdom first in all areas of their life and in all their decisions about work, marriage, and life.
We ask this in the name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.

Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, and Your righteousness. Help and strengthen me God to always respect and obey You. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, acknowledge You in all my ways, and lean not to my own understanding.
