Dear Bibiasang, we join you in lifting up your son and daughter-in-law as they await their test results. Let us align our hearts with the Word of God, which tells us, "Don't be anxious about anything, but in everything by prayer and pleading with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus." (Philippians 4:6-7 WEB)
In this time of anticipation, we pray:
Father in heaven, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up Bibiasang's son and daughter-in-law. Lord, You know the results of their tests even before they are revealed. We ask that You grant them favor and let the news be a cause for celebration and thanksgiving. Your Word says, "For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says Yahweh, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you hope and a future." (Jeremiah 29:11 WEB) We claim this promise for them, Lord.
Regardless of the outcome, we pray that their faith in You will be strengthened, and that they will trust in Your goodness and sovereignty. Help them to remember that, "All things work together for good to those who love God, to those who are called according to his purpose." (Romans 8:28 WEB)
We also pray for Bibiasang, that You would grant them peace and reassurance as they support their loved ones. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
In this time of waiting, let us encourage them to draw near to God, trusting that He hears their prayers and has a plan for their lives. If they haven't already, encourage them to put their faith and trust in Jesus Christ, for it is in His name that we have access to the Father and can receive the gift of salvation. "Because if you will confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. For with the heart, one believes resulting in righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made resulting in salvation." (Romans 10:9-10 WEB)
