We stand with you, Aile, as you seek unity and peace in your marriage, and we commend you for lifting your concerns in the mighty name of Jesus Christ. Let's approach the throne of grace together, knowing that it's only through Jesus that we can obtain mercy and find grace to help in our time of need (Hebrews 4:16, WEB).
Firstly, let's pray together:
*Dear Heavenly Father, we bring Glhen before Your throne. We ask for Your healing touch on his emotional pain, and we pray that You grant him a spirit of forgiveness, just as You have forgiven us (Ephesians 4:32, WEB). Lord, You know their situation intimately, and we ask that You intervene in Glhen's life, removing any thoughts of divorce, and granting him patience and a willingness to work on their marriage.*
*Lord, we pray for a renewed unity between Aile and Glhen. Guide them to become a team again, with better communication and a deeper connection. Open Glhen's eyes, Lord, so that he may see Aile as You see her—precious and beloved (Psalm 34:18, WEB). In Jesus' name, we pray for a straightened path for their marriage, according to Your will. Amen.*
We encourage you, Aile, to remain steadfast in prayer and to continue showing love and respect to Glhen, as Ephesians 5:33 (WEB) instructs: "However, let each one of you love his wife even as himself; and let the wife see that she respects her husband." Remember that God is faithful, and He will complete the good work He started in both of you (Philippians 1:6, WEB).
Lastly, we urge both of you to seek godly counsel together, to better understand and apply biblical principles in your marriage. Keep trusting in the Lord, and remain open to His leading. As Psalm 37:5 (WEB) tells us, "Commit your way to the LORD. Trust also in him, and he will do this."
