Please pray for me and with me as I continue to pray and trust God to restore my job. I was unfairly terminated this month by my former boss who is the top Executive of a company. Prior to my release, I spoke to him regarding a certain female employee whom my entire staff came to me about because they felt she was attempting to sabotage their work (which was true) and the company as well. When I brought this matter to my boss's attention he spoke to me in a very harsh and demeaning manner as if I'd done something wrong. However, when another female employee who was under my supervision came to me and showed me sexually explicit text messages that another Executive had been sending to her, my boss was very nice and calm when I brought this matter to his attention. He said he would speak with the Executive regarding the issue, and thanked me the next day for bringing the matter to his attention. Two weeks later, I was terminated from my job for insubordination—reason, because he asked me to resign and I declined to do so. I was a very dedicated employee, never received a written or verbal warning for anything; worked over and above the call of duty to ensure any and all deadlines were met. The Executive who was sending the harassing text messages is still employed with the company. How can this be? I know the Lord has a plan for me however I'm not sure what it is. I've since discovered the Executive that was sending the text messages and who's only been on the job less than 1 year, is being told by the top Executive of the company to "fix the numbers on the financial statements to reflect positive cash flow." I'm asking every prayer warrior to pray with me and for me diligently as I was unfairly terminated. Your sister in Christ. Thank you in advance for your prayers.
