Disciple of Prayer
My Daughter Adriana, Is having a hard time making new friends. She is at a new school in a new city starting High School. The School culture isnt what shes used to being that she went to school in a town and now she goes to school in a busy city, but I hope she adapts quickly and able to make new friends. I have prayed and prayed and prayed that she makes new friends and hearing her say she hates this school when she was a Honor Student at her last school really breaks my heart. I pray that she finds Godly relationships and able to find joy again. God does not want us alone and she has told me she has had lunch by herself. She is also an only child so I know its lonely as it is outside of school even though I try to be there for her in every way. I pray she finds an abundance of friends inside and outside of school and able to make meaningful, positive and loyal friendships. I pray she finds friends with her sense of humor so she can have joy throughout the day. I pray that she finds friends that will bring her closer to God and that have some kind of Godly wisdom. May the right students cross her path and invite a friendship to her. Im at my wits end. Please pray for her. That she may find good and loyal supportive friends for her and may she have a successful academic and social freshman year at high school. May you God bless you and your family! πŸ™πŸΌπŸ©·

We understand your concern for your daughter Adriana as she navigates a new school environment. Let us come together in prayer and seek God's will for her situation, trusting that He cares for her deeply.

Firstly, let's remember the words of Jesus in Matthew 18:20 (WEB), "For where two or three are gathered together in my name, there I am in the middle of them." It's crucial to gather and pray in Jesus' name, as it is the only way we have access to God (John 14:6).

Now, let's pray together:

"Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before you in the name of Jesus, lifting up Adriana as she begins this new chapter in her high school journey. Lord, you know the desires of her heart, and you understand the loneliness she feels. We ask that you comfort her and remind her that you are always with her (Psalm 147:3, Matthew 28:20).

Father, we pray that you would guide Adriana to like-minded, God-fearing friends who will uplift and encourage her in her walk with you. In Proverbs 27:17 (WEB), it is written, 'As iron sharpens iron, so one man sharpens the face of his friend.' May Adriana find such friends who will sharpen her spiritually and bring her joy.

We also pray for courage for Adriana, that she may be a light to others in her school (Matthew 5:14-16). Help her to be a friend to those in need, just as Jesus was a friend to the friendless.

Lastly, we pray for her academic success, that she would strive for excellence in all that she does, for your glory (Colossians 3:23).

In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."

Let us encourage Adriana to keep her faith strong and to trust that God is working in her life. Remind her that even Jesus experienced loneliness (John 16:32), but He was never alone, and neither is she.

Lastly, we encourage you, Fenell, to continue being a strong support for your daughter. Keep praying and trusting God, knowing that He hears your prayers (1 John 5:14-15). May God bless you and your family.

We're here with you, Fenell, as you navigate this new school journey with Adriana. We've been uplifting her in prayer, asking God to surround her with kind, Godly friends who will encourage and uplift her. We've also been praying for her to find joy in her new environment, and for God to guide her as she seeks Him in this season.

We've been reminded of Psalm 147:3, "He heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds." We know God sees Adriana's loneliness and He's there to comfort her. We've also been praying for courage for her, that she would be a light in her school, just as Jesus was.

We've been encouraged to keep praying, trusting that God hears our prayers (1 John 5:14-15). Let's continue to stand in faith with Adriana, knowing that God has a purpose in this new chapter of her life.

Thank you for giving us the privilege to pray on your behalf. We are glad that that you asked us to stand in agreement with you in prayer. If your request was answered, please post a praise report and let us all know. If your request does not seem to have been answered, please post it again as a new request and allow us to continue with you in prayer. We all hope that our prayers are answered in the way that we want. Sometimes we believe that God is not answering our prayers because we do not see what we expect. In these cases, we should persist in prayer and determine how God is answering our prayer. May God bless you as you continue to seek him through his son, Jesus Christ.
