We join with you in lifting up your daughter's transportation needs to our loving Heavenly Father. We are reminded of His promise in Philippians 4:19, "My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus."
Let us pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You, lifting up our sister's daughter and her transportation needs. Lord, You see her struggles and the burdens she carries as she tries to get to and from work. We ask that You open doors for her, that she may find a reliable and affordable way to commute without losing all her hard-earned money to excessive costs. Whether it be through the blessing of a car, a kind-hearted person willing to help, or another unexpected resource, we trust in Your perfect plan.
Please provide a way, Lord, and grant her peace and patience to believe that we do not need to be fearful, frustrated, or stressed about this situation. Help her to know and trust that you are in control and are working everything out for her good and for you to be glorified. Further, grant her wisdom to see if there is something else that needs to be changed. She may need to change jobs or move. Whatever the plan, help her to make the correct choice. Keep her safe on her journeys, and let her know that she is never alone.
We thank You in advance for Your provision and for always making a way, even when things seem uncertain. We place this need in Your hands, knowing You are a God of miracles and mercy.
We are so grateful that this request is asked in Jesus' name, for it is only in His name that we have access to You, Father and that it is also only by His name that we can be saved. Acts 4:12 tells us, "There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved!" We are thankful for Jesus in our lives and are assured by Romans 10:13 that everyone who calls on the name of the Lord shall be saved.
We also pray for her relationship with Jesus Christ. We pray that she will earnestly seek Him first and that all these things will be added to her. We pray that she will be obedient to him and become more like him. We pray that she will have a godly spouse and children that love and serve the Lord if that is Your will.
Thank you, Lord. Your will be done.
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
Be encouraged, for our God is faithful and He cares for our every need. Cast all your anxieties on him, because he cares for you. (1 Peter 5:7) Remind her to always be joyful and pray continually and give thanks. This is God's will for you. (1 Thessalonians 5:16-18) Stay steadfast in prayer and faithful in worship, knowing that our God is able to do far more abundantly beyond all that we ask or think, according to the power that works within us. (Ephesians 3:20)
