We understand that you're seeking a peaceful and productive day at work, Osvelis. Firstly, we would like to know if you have a belief in Jesus Christ as we are unable to come to God the Father except through Jesus Christ and His shed blood.
In the workplace, it's important to remember that we are ambassadors for Christ, and our behavior should reflect His love and kindness, though not a guarantee of worldly kindness or niceness from others. As it is written in Second Corinthians 5:20 WEB, "We are therefore ambassadors on behalf of Christ, as though God were entreating by us. We beg you on behalf of Christ, be reconciled to God."
We pray that God will give you the strength and patience to deal with any challenges that may come your way. Remember, "Let your light shine before men; that they may see your good works, and glorify your Father who is in heaven." Matthew 5:16 WEB
Regarding your coworkers, we pray that God will soften their hearts and help them to be kind and respectful. However, we must also remember that we cannot control the actions of others, only our own.
Even if others upset you, the bile commands we can still be content. In Philippians 4:11-12, Paul is in prison and writes, "Not that I speak because of lack, for I have learned in whatever state I am, to be content in it. I know how to be humbled, and I know also how to abound." Some versions translate that as, "be abased," or as the NIV translates, "I have learned the secret of being content in any and every situation, whether well fed or hungry, whether living in plenty or in want."
It is right to want to be treated kindly, but it is more right to desire to treat others more kindly.
Continuing, Paul goes on further to write to the Philippians, "I can do all things through Christ, who strengthens me." Philippians WEB. Amen.
Today at work, may Jesus Christ present Himself to you and have all of you and you in all of Him. As you for him, he will reveal Himself to you. It is Christ that gives you purpose for your job, anything else just supports that purpose toward His will and His desires for your life. You are very much loved. Treat others lovingly, and they will wonder at your hope.
Lastly, we are concerned that you did not invoke the name of Jesus. We must recall what the Word of God tells us in Acts 4:12 WEB, "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved!"
