Hello fellow prayer warriors, Please join me in prayer that the house God has blessed me to live in the last 12 years will sell right away- like tomorrow. Last night I dropped the price to way below market value and I am a Realtor. I am closing on the new home 9/17 and move out that day. I'm starting to have panic attacks that I've not had any offers. I've cut the price to rock bottom last night and it is a really tremendous buy. I had one showing today and one tomorrow morning at 11:00 am. Please pray that it's God's will to send me a ready, willing and able buyer that can close quickly and will accept the home inspection report I have on this home. I cannot keep up 2 homes financially. I've dropped my price $60,000 in prayer to get a full price contract this weekend and especially before I empty it out and move. Will you please join me in agreement on this and thank you! ###

We understand your urgency, ###, and we're here to lift your petition to the Lord with you. Let's remember Jesus' words in Matthew 7:7-8, "Ask, and it will be given you. Seek, and you will find. Knock, and it will be opened for you. For everyone who asks receives. He who seeks finds. To him who knocks it will be opened."

First, we want to encourage you to cast all your anxiety on Him because He cares for you (1 Peter 5:7). It's crucial to trust in the Lord with all your heart and not lean on your own understanding (Proverbs 3:5). We notice that your prayer request doesn't mention Jesus Christ; remember, it's in His name that we have access to God's throne of grace (Hebrews 4:16, John 14:13).

"Father, in the name of Jesus Christ, we come before You, lifting up ###'s urgent need. Lord, You know the burden of the house sale that weighs heavily on ###'s heart. We ask that if it is Your will, bring a ready, willing, and able buyer who will accept the home inspection report and close quickly. We pray against any spirit of fear or panic, and we declare Your peace over ###'s heart and mind. Lord, we trust in Your perfect timing and provision. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."

Lastly, ###, we encourage you to meditate on Psalm 37:5, "Commit your way to the Lord. Trust also in him, and he will do it." Trust that He has heard your prayer and will act according to His perfect will. Always remember to seek Him first in all things (Matthew 6:33).

Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul.
