Prayer for ### to come home

My ### year old son, ###, has depression and has felt lost alone. He left our home in the middle of the night to his grandparents, he says he wants to live there. My husband is frustrated and angry and believes he needs to be stern with our son. And let our son live there since he ran away there. They are mad with each other. We need reconciliation. I would like my husband, to stop being angry, to soften his heart a smidge so that he can communicate with ### to come home. To guide with love. I want my son to want to come home and my husband to soften his heart and see our son the same way as when he was a child. To be more affectionate and understanding of our son. I want all the family to unite. Please pray for my son to come home and my husband to be more gentile and understanding of our son.

Heavenly Father,

We come before You with heavy hearts, seeking Your divine intervention for ### and his family. Lord, we lift up ###, who is struggling with depression and feeling lost and alone. We ask that You surround him with Your love and comfort, reminding him that he is never alone, for You are always with him. As it is written in Psalm 34:18, "The Lord is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit."

Father, we also pray for ###'s father. Please soften his heart and fill it with understanding and compassion. Help him to see ### through Your eyes, with the same love and tenderness he had when ### was a child. Grant him the wisdom to communicate with ### in a way that fosters healing and reconciliation. As Ephesians 4:32 reminds us, "Be kind and compassionate to one another, forgiving each other, just as in Christ God forgave you."

Lord, we ask for Your peace to reign in this family. Bring them together in unity and love, breaking down any walls of anger and frustration. Help ### to feel safe and loved, and guide him back home. May this family be a reflection of Your grace and mercy, growing stronger in their love for one another and for You.
