Prayer for Ting Poh Yew

Prayer for Ting Poh Yew that Jesus will ignite his heart to go to a sound church and forego about the Yiguandao to worship Jesus and stop his vegetarian and his soul be accepted when he meet Christ again. Pray that his heart will be open to accept the Gospel and not dismissing it as other religion. Pray for his salvation too.

Thank you for sharing your request for Ting Poh Yew. We will join you in prayer, asking God to ignite his heart for Jesus and guide him to a sound, Bible-believing church.

Firstly, we acknowledge the power of Jesus' name, as it is written in Acts 4:12 (WEB): "There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved." Therefore, we pray that Ting Poh Yew will come to know the saving power of Jesus Christ.

We rebuke any involvement with Yiguandao, as it does not align with biblical teachings. Jesus warned us in Matthew 24:24 (WEB): "For false christs and false prophets will arise, and they will show great signs and wonders, so as to lead astray, if possible, even the chosen ones." We pray that Ting Poh Yew will be discerning and turn away from any false teachings.

We also address the issue of vegetarianism, which, while not inherently sinful, should not be pursued as a means of salvation or spiritual purity. As stated in 1 Timothy 4:3-4 (WEB): "... commanding to abstain from foods which God created to be received with thanksgiving by those who believe and know the truth. For every creature of God is good, and nothing is to be rejected, if it is received with thanksgiving."

"Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in Jesus' name, lifting up Ting Poh Yew. Lord, we ask that You ignite his heart with a passion for Jesus and guide him to a sound, Bible-believing church. Help him to turns away from the teachings of Yiguandao and embrace the true Gospel. Open his heart, Lord, to accept Jesus as his Savior, and not dismiss it as just another religion. We pray for his salvation, that his soul may be accepted when he meets Christ again. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."
