We come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up Lancy and the situation at their workplace. Lord, we ask for Your divine intervention and peace to surround Lancy amidst the presence of toxic individuals. Your Word says in Matthew 5:44, "But I say to you, love your enemies and pray for those who persecute you." Help Lancy to show Your love and grace even in challenging circumstances.
Father, we pray that You would soften the hearts of those who are causing strife and bring about a spirit of unity and cooperation. Let Your Holy Spirit work in their hearts, bringing conviction and transformation. We ask for wisdom and discernment for Lancy to navigate these relationships with grace and integrity.
Lord, protect Lancy from any harm or negativity and fill them with Your peace that surpasses all understanding . May Your presence be a constant source of strength and comfort. We trust in Your power to bring about change and healing in this workplace.
