Prayer for the selection of the Residential Assistance (RA) position in my hoste

Hi, My name is Mavra Sarah. A week ago a new RA's for our hostel has to be selected because the previous one are graduating. My filled an application for this position, despite of knowing that i would not be selected. Because, they would have already selected one( only the recommendation or you will have a good relation with the board members you will be selected, otherwise not. Selections are not on merit basis) I received an interview call which is tomorrow. I am shocked and thankful that I only believed in Jesus. My interview is tomorrow and there are 27 candiates from which only 2 people will be sele ted. My father is a farmer and my hostel fee is very high which we are unable to pay. I am in dire need of this position. I have not any kind of relationship or recommendations but if the Jesus will recommend me no one can deny me. I only believe in Jesus. Please have a mercy on me heavenly father.

We must also address the concern you raised about the selection process not being based on merit. While we pray for your success, we also pray for a fair and just process. Remember, "Differing weights and differing measures, both of them alike are an abomination to Yahweh" (Proverbs 20:10 WEB). God desires justice and fairness, and we trust that His will shall prevail.

Heavenly Father, we come before You in Jesus' name, lifting up Mavra Sarah. We thank You for her faith in You and her trust in Jesus' name. Lord, You know her needs and the importance of this RA position. We ask that You go before her in the interview tomorrow. May Your favor rest upon her, and may her faith be her strongest recommendation. We pray for a fair selection process, one that honors Your principles of justice and righteousness. We claim Your promise that all things work together for good to those who love You and are called according to Your purpose. Provide for Mavra Sarah's needs according to Your will. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

Be strong and courageous, Mavra Sarah. Know that the Lord your God is with you wherever you go (Joshua 1:9 WEB). Trust in His plans for you, for they are good, to give you a future and a hope (Jeremiah 29:11 WEB). Go in faith, and may God's peace be with you.
