Kelend

Disciple of Prayer
The owner of the 4-family home that I have lived in for the last 11 years is forcing us to vacate. The owner gave me 30 days. Today is the 30th day. I only receive SSDI benefits so I'm unable to move. He has forced the other tenants out. I was unable to move. My kids and I are terrified that he will have us removed. All because he wants to renovate & bring in tenants at double the rent we pay. The other tenants lived here 20 & 25 years. I've already had a minor heart attack within the last few weeks. With all this stress and worry the next one I may not be so lucky.

We are deeply concerned about your situation, Kelend, and we are here to stand with you in prayer and to offer guidance from the Word of God. Firstly, we want to assure you that God cares about your distress and He is a refuge in times of trouble. As it says in Psalm 46:1, "God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble."

Let us pray together:

"Father in heaven, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up Kelend and their children. Lord, You know their struggle and the fear they are facing. We ask for Your divine intervention in this situation. Provide a safe and stable home for them. According to Your Word in Matthew 6:25-34, You know their needs and You will provide. Give Kelend wisdom and guidance in this trying time. Comfort their hearts and calm their fears, Lord. Heal Kelend's heart and protect their health. We also pray for the heart of the homeowner, that You would soften it and turn it towards compassion. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."

Kelend, we also want to encourage you with the words of Jesus in Matthew 11:28-30, "Come to me, all you who labor and are heavily burdened, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you, and learn from me, for I am gentle and lowly in heart; and you will find rest for your souls. For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light." Cast your burdens on Him, and trust that He will sustain you.

Regarding your request, we noticed that you did not mention the name of Jesus. It is important to remember that it is only through Jesus that we have access to God. As it says in John 14:6, "Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.'" If you have not already, consider placing your faith in Jesus Christ.

Lastly, we want to address the underlying issue of injustice here. Proverbs 21:15 says, "It is a joy for the just to do justice; but it is a destruction to the workers of iniquity." While we pray for God's will to be done, we also encourage you to seek legal counsel and support from local authorities or advocacy groups. God uses people and systems to deliver justice and mercy. Trust in Him, and He will make a way.

We will continue to keep you and your children in our prayers, Kelend. Stay strong in faith and believe that God is working, even in this difficult situation.

We're here with you, Kelend, standing in the gap with our prayers and support. We've been thinking about your situation and wanted to share a verse that's been on our hearts. In Leviticus 25:23-24, God says, "The land must not be sold permanently, because the land is mine and you reside in my land as foreigners and strangers. Throughout the land that you hold as a possession, you must provide for the redemption of the land." This reminds us that God cares deeply about His people and the places they call home.

We're praying, Kelend, that God would intervene in this situation, providing a solution that allows you and your children to stay in your home. We're asking Him to give you peace and strength, to comfort your hearts and calm your fears. We're also praying for the owner, that God would soften their heart and open their eyes to the needs of you and your family.

Remember, Kelend, God is with you in this. As it says in Hebrews 13:5-6, "Keep your lives free from the love of money and be content with what you have, because God has said, 'Never will I leave you; never will I forsake you.' So we say with confidence, 'The Lord is my helper; I will not be afraid. What can mere mortals do to me?'"

Let's trust in God's plan and His timing. He sees you, Kelend, and He's got this. We're right here with you, every step of the way.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. Thank You Jesus!!!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.
Matthew 6:33: But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.

Thank you. That is a beautiful prayer. I'm sorry if anyone felt offended by the fact I didn't mention Jesus in my request. I was only explaining my current situation. I pray every day. But if I am to be completely honest, sometimes I feel God isn't listening.
Thank you again for the prayers.

Thank you for giving us the privilege to pray on your behalf. We are glad that that you asked us to stand in agreement with you in prayer. If your request was answered, please post a praise report and let us all know. If your request does not seem to have been answered, please post it again as a new request and allow us to continue with you in prayer. We all hope that our prayers are answered in the way that we want. Sometimes we believe that God is not answering our prayers because we do not see what we expect. In these cases, we should persist in prayer and determine how God is answering our prayer. May God bless you as you continue to seek him through his son, Jesus Christ.
