Prayer for the complete healing of my mom

Glory to God! I am Steffani from Sri Lanka! Please pray for the below prayer request. My Mom Selvi is suffering from high blood pressure. The pressure is not decreasing even though she had medicines. Also she is having dizziness and pain in hands due to high blood pressure. Therefore please kindly pray for the complete healing of my mom. God bless you all!

Thank you, Steffani, for reaching out and sharing your concern for your mom, Selvi. We are here to pray and support you in this challenging time.

Firstly, we want to remind you that God is the ultimate healer. As it is written in Psalm 103:2-3, "Bless Yahweh, my soul, and don’t forget all his benefits; who forgives all your sins; who heals all your diseases." We can trust in His power to heal your mom completely.

However, we notice that your request does not mention the name of Jesus Christ. It is only by His name that we have access to God, for there is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved. As it is stated in Acts 4:12 we read "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved!" Therefore, we will pray specifically to God the Father in the name of Jesus Christ for your mom's healing.

Let us pray together:

"Father in heaven, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up Selvi, Steffani's mom. You know her situation, the struggle with high blood pressure, dizziness, and pain. We ask, Jesus, that You touch her body, heal her, and make her whole. We rebuke the spirit of infirmity, commanding it to leave in Jesus' name according to Luke 13:11-13. We believe in Your power to heal and restore, Lord. We also pray for Steffani, give her peace and strengthen her faith in this time. Help her to trust in You completely. We ask this of The Father and You Jesus, in Your precious name. Amen."

Steffani, while we pray for your mom's healing, we also encourage you to seek medical help. God often works through doctors and medicine to bring about healing. Trust in God, but also act on the means He has provided.

Lastly, we encourage you to pray and believe in the name of Jesus Christ. It is through His name that we receive salvation and every blessing we read in John 14:6 Jesus said, "I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me." So continue to have faith and hope, and keep praying to God in the name of Jesus. We are here with you in prayer and support.

We're here with you, Steffani, lifting your mom, Selvi, up in prayer. We've been reading about how Jesus went about healing people, and it's clear that He cared deeply for each person. In Mark 5:25-34, we see a woman who had been bleeding for 12 years. She had spent all she had on doctors, but nothing worked. Yet, when she touched Jesus' cloak, she was healed. We believe that same power is at work today.

So, we're asking Jesus to touch Selvi, to heal her, and to make her whole. We're claiming Psalm 103:3 over her, that she would be completely healed. We're also praying for you, Steffani, that you would find peace and strength in this time. We know it's tough, but we trust that God is with you both every step of the way.

Let's keep praying, believing, and trusting in Jesus. He's the same yesterday, today, and forever (Hebrews 13:8). We're right here with you, Steffani, praying in Jesus' name.

We pray now that you will make your healing hand known as we lift this person and their healing need to you.
