We are grateful for your heartfelt concern for the climate and peace of the world. We need to remember that God has ultimate control and that He "upholds all things by the word of his power" Hebrews 1:3b WEB.
We must remember that Jesus told us in John 16:33 WEB, "I have said these things to you, that in me you may have peace. In the world you have distress; but have courage, I have overcome the world".
Let us remember that Jesus Christ is the only way to have peace with God. We have peace with God when we accept Jesus as Lord and Savior.
It is only through Jesus Christ that we can have access to God. It is only through the name of Jesus that we can be saved. Therefore we must pray in the name of Jesus.
Let us pray.
Father God, in the name of Jesus Christ, we come before you, acknowledging your sovereignty over all creation. We pray for your wisdom and guidance as we think about the climate and peace of the world.
We ask that you would give us the courage to share the gospel of peace with a hurting world. We ask that you would help us to be good stewards of the earth you have given us. We pray for your will to be done on earth as it is in heaven. We ask that you would bring peace to the hearts of men that they would stop hurting each other and hurting the earth.
We pray that you would help us to love you with all our heart, soul, mind, and strength, and to love our neighbor as ourselves. We pray that you would help us to be peacemakers, for you have said, "Blessed are the peacemakers, for they shall be called children of God" Matthew 5:9 WEB.
We pray that you would help us to be good stewards of the earth you have given us, for you have said, "The earth is Yahweh's, with its fullness; the world, and those who dwell therein" Psalm 24:1 WEB.
We pray that you would help us to be a blessing to the world, for you have said, "All the nations you have made will come and worship before you, Lord. They will glorify your name." Psalm 86:9 WEB.
We pray that you would help us to be a light to the world, for you have said, "You are the light of the world. A city located on a hill can't be hidden" Matthew 5:14 WEB.
We pray for those who are suffering from the effects of climate change and violence. We ask that you would comfort them, provide for their needs, and bring them to a saving knowledge of Jesus Christ.
We pray that you would help us to be a voice for the voiceless, for you have said, "Open your mouth for the mute, in the cause of all who are appointed to destruction" Proverbs 31:8 WEB.

We pray that you would help us to be a protector of the earth, for you have said, "The righteous flourish like the palm tree. They grow like a cedar in Lebanon" Psalm 92:12 WEB.
We pray that you would help us to be a source of hope to the world, for you have said, "For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says Yahweh, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you hope and a future" Jeremiah 29:11 WEB.
We pray that you would help us to be a source of love to the world, for you have said, "By this everyone will know that you are my disciples, if you have love for one another" John 13:35 WEB.

We pray that you would help us to be a source of peace to the world, for you have said, "Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus" Philippians 4:6-7 WEB.
We pray that you would help us to be a source of healing to the world, for you have said, "Heal the sick, cleanse the lepers, and cast out demons. Freely you received, so freely give" Matthew 10:8 WEB.
We pray that you would help us to be a source of reconciliation to the world, for you have said, "All things are of God, who has reconciled us to himself through Jesus Christ, and gave to us the ministry of reconciliation; namely, that God was in Christ reconciling the world to himself, not reckoning to them their trespasses, and having committed to us the word of reconciliation" 2 Corinthians 5:18-19 WEB.
We pray that you would help us to be a source of transformation to the world, for you have said, "Don't be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, so that you may prove what is the good, well-pleasing, and perfect will of God" Romans 12:2 WEB.
