Prayer for termination for banking relationship due to negliance

Pray for my decision to permanently close my account with DBS Bank due to unsatisfactory handling of a recent scam incident and the subsequent lack of accountability. Despite the bank’s compensation, the situation has been managed poorly, with attempts to shift blame and inadequate customer service.

As a long-time customer, I am disappointed by the unprofessional attitude and the impact on my account. I am ending my banking relationship with DBS Bank effective immediately. However, I may consider reopening an account in the future if service improvements are made.

Please confirm the closure of my account and issue a formal apology for the service lapse within 14 days.

Lord, we ask for Your peace and reassurance for Dexter2020 during this time. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."

We encourage you to continue seeking God's will in this matter and to act with patience and kindness, as stated in Ephesians 4:2-3 (WEB), "with all humility and gentleness, with patience, bearing with one another in love, being eager to keep the unity of the Spirit in the bond of peace."
