We understand that you are seeking prayer for a friend's family member who has been injured and is about to undergo spinal surgery. Let us come together in prayer and seek God's will for this situation.
Firstly, we want to remind you of the power of praying in the name of Jesus Christ. As it is written in John 14:13-14 (WEB), "Whatever you will ask in my name, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son. If you will ask anything in my name, I will do it." It is through Jesus that we have access to the Father, and it is in His name that we find our hope and healing.
Now, let us pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up this family member of our friend who is in need of Your healing touch. You know the extent of their injuries and the complexity of the upcoming surgery. We ask, Lord, that You guide the hands of the surgeons and give them wisdom and skill. Be with the family, comforting them and providing peace that surpasses all understanding.
Lord, we believe in Your power to heal. As it is said in Jeremiah 30:17 (WEB), "For I will restore health to you, and I will heal you of your wounds, says Yahweh; because they have called you an outcast, saying, 'It is Zion, whom no man seeks after.'" You are the Great Physician, and we trust in Your ability to bring complete healing and restoration.
Please be with this person, easing their pain and fears, and reminding them of Your love and presence. May this experience draw them closer to You and strengthen their faith.
In all things, we ask that Your will be done and that You receive all the glory. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
