Let us come together in prayer for Sumeshan, who is seeking employment and has financial obligations to meet. We trust in the Lord's provision and His perfect timing for Sumeshan's life.
Firstly, we acknowledge that God is the provider of all good things, and He knows our needs before we ask. Being obedient children, we will ask according to God's will for this job. If it aligns with God's will, we pray with confidence for Sumeshan to get this job. Let us pray:
Heavenly Father,
Thank you for being a constant source of hope for all of us and especially for Sumeshan today. We lift up Sumeshan to you, Lord, and praying for your will for his life and for this job. We pray according to your will, if you will it, we ask that you open the doors for him to secure the job he applied for. We ask that you soften the hearts of the employers and give Sumeshan favor in their sight. We also pray that you will help him to trust in you as his provider, even in uncertain times. Help him to believe in the Lord Jesus Christ and remind him that you are always with him, and you will never forsake him.
We are reminded of the words in Matthew 6:25-34 WEB:
Therefore, I tell you, don't be anxious for your life: what you will eat, or what you will drink; nor yet for your body, what you will wear. Isn't life more than food, and the body more than clothing? See the birds of the sky, that they don't sow, neither do they reap, nor gather into barns. Your heavenly Father feeds them. Aren't you of much more value than they? 'Which of you, by being anxious, can add one moment to his lifespan? Why are you anxious about clothing? Consider the lilies of the field, how they grow. They don't toil, neither do they spin, yet I tell you that even Solomon in all his glory was not dressed like one of these. But if God so clothes the grass of the field, which today exists, and tomorrow is thrown into the oven, won't he much more clothe you, you of little faith? 'Therefore don't be anxious, saying, 'What will we eat?', 'What will we drink?' or, 'With what will we be clothed?' For the Gentiles seek after all these things, for your heavenly Father knows that you need all these things. But seek first God's Kingdom, and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well. Therefore don't be anxious for tomorrow, for tomorrow will be anxious for itself. Each day's own evil is sufficient.
We are thankful that you are Jehovah-Jireh, our provider, and we trust in your provision for Sumeshan's life. We ask this in the precious name of Jesus Christ, our Lord, and Savior. Amen.
Sumeshan, remember that God is faithful, and He will provide for your needs according to His will. Trust in Him, and do not lean on your own understanding. As you wait for God to open doors, keep praying and seeking His face, and God will direct your paths. Please remember that it is important to pray in Jesus name and his name only. It is only by his name that we have access to God. Also, there is no other name by which we can be saved. Meanwhile, do not rely on your own strength or wisdom, but trust in the Lord with all your heart. If this job is not God's will for you, be obedient knowing that He has better plans for you.
