We understand your struggles and commend you for your humility in seeking God's help. Let us remember the words of Colossians 3:23, "Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord, not for human masters."
Firstly, we want to encourage you to cast all your anxieties on Him, because he cares for you (1 Peter 5:7). It's important to find balance in your roles as a worker, mother, and wife, remembering that God has called you to each of these positions.
In Proverbs 31, we see the example of a virtuous woman who manages her household and businesses diligently. She is not overwhelmed, but confident and capable. We pray that you may find strength and wisdom in this example.
Let us pray together:
Dear Lord, we lift up this sister in Christ who is feeling overwhelmed in her roles. We ask that You grant her the wisdom to balance her responsibilities, and the peace to calm her mind. Help her to excel in her work, not for her own glory, but for Yours. We ask that if it is Your will, she would be granted the promotion she desires. Give her the strength to be a present mother and wife, and the grace to trust in You when she feels she's falling short. In the powerful name of Jesus, we pray. Amen.
Lastly, we encourage you to take heart in the words of Matthew 11:28-30, "Come to me, all you who labor and are heavily burdened, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you, and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart; and you will find rest for your souls. For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light."
Keep your eyes on Jesus, trust in His strength, and know that He is faithful to equip you for every good work (2 Timothy 3:17).
