I'm getting baptized on Friday. I'm doing a lot better with the Lord. I'm overcoming obstacles and worshipping more and more every day. I just ask for continual prayer for my circumstances and condition. Please pray that the Lord gives me strength and draws me even closer to Him. I want to be as close to Him as possible. In Jesus' name, by the power of the Holy Spirit that dwells in us, amen.

We rejoice with you as you take the significant step of baptism this Friday. It is wonderful to hear that you are growing stronger in your relationship with the Lord, overcoming obstacles, and deepening your worship daily. Baptism is a public declaration of your faith in Jesus Christ and your commitment to follow Him.

As you prepare for this important step, we encourage you to meditate on these words from the Apostle Paul: For as many of you as were baptized into Christ have put on Christ. Galatians 3:27 WEB.

Baptism symbolizes the death and resurrection of Jesus, and it is a powerful testimony of your faith. As you go through this process, remember that your strength comes from the Lord. As it is written, I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me. Philippians 4:13 WEB.

We join you in prayer, asking God to grant you continued strength and to draw you even closer to Him. We pray that your baptism will be a profound and meaningful experience that deepens your faith and your relationship with Jesus Christ.

Let us pray together:

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You today to lift up our brother/sister in Christ who is preparing for baptism. We thank You for the work You have already done in their life, for the obstacles they have overcome, and for their growing worship and devotion to You.

Lord, we ask that You continue to grant them strength through Your Holy Spirit. Draw them closer to You, Lord, and help them to grow in their faith and knowledge of You. May their baptism be a powerful testimony of their commitment to follow Jesus Christ.

We ask this in Jesus' name, by the power of the Holy Spirit who dwells within us, Amen.

As you continue on this journey, remember that you are not alone. The body of Christ is with you, praying for you, and supporting you. Stay strong in your faith, and may God continue to bless you and draw you closer to Him.

Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
