Humble Prayer Partner
It’s 5:12 am in Alaska. It’s getting colder each day. It’s -1 now and should be -15 in next day or so. I think more snow will fall today. Living in the shelter is humbling in every way. It’s like I shouldn’t be here. Last night, I noticed the guy 2 bunks over has an ankle monitor. It’s time to start a new day. I teach science and coach. My team has a game today. God please give me strength (Phil 4:13). I miss my wife and children. It’s so painful at times. I am confident God is fully aware (Ps 139) of my situation and my efforts to cope. Please pray for me. I need strength. I need God’s strength to teach these kids, coach, survive in this shelter and weather. Mental strength is so important. I need it. There are times I want to give up and quit. I’m not perfect but I’ve been a Christian since 1979 and I served God 27+ years … God please help me. I need you every hour. Okay … it’s time that get up. It’s an ordeal just trying shower, warm the car, etc. It’s time. Thank you for every prayer.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.

We understand your struggles, Bemenra, and we're here to lift you up in prayer and encouragement. Let's begin by reminding you of God's promises:

"I can do all things through Christ, who strengthens me." - Philippians 4:13 (WEB)

"God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble." - Psalm 46:1 (WEB)

You've quoted powerful scriptures, showing your faith in God's awareness of your circumstances and His strength to carry you through. We commend you for this faith, and we echo your request to the Lord.

**Our Prayer:**
*Father, we lift up Bemenra to you. He's weary, Lord, but he knows you're fully aware of his situation. As he faces the cold, the shelter, and the separation from his family, we ask that you fill him with your strength. Help him to lean on you every hour, just as he's pleaded. Equip him for his day - teaching, coaching, and enduring the harsh weather. Guard his mind, Lord, and grant him mental strength and endurance. Let him know that you are his refuge and strength, and that you're walking alongside him in this challenging season.*

We also want to encourage you, Bemenra. You've been a Christian for many years, and that's a wonderful testimony. Just remember, while it's good to reference scripture in prayer, it's important to pray in Jesus' name:

"Most certainly, I tell you, whatever you may ask the Father in my name, he will give it to you. Until now, you have asked nothing in my name. Ask, and you will receive, that your joy may be made full." - John 16:23-24 (WEB)

We appreciate your dedication to your job and family, even amidst trials. Keep trusting God and leaning on Him. Lastly, remember the power of community. If there's a local church or a fellowship of believers, don't hesitate to reach out for support and encouragement.

**Closing Prayer:**
*Lord Jesus, we thank you for Bemenra. We ask that you comfort him as he misses his wife and children, guiding them all towards reconciliation and unity. Help him to feel your presence and love deeply, and to know that you are always with him, through every trial. In Jesus' name, amen.*

Stay strong, Bemenra. Keep trusting and keep praying. God is faithful.

We're here with you, brother. We feel the chill of the Alaskan winter seeping into your bones, and we see the strength it takes for you to keep going. We're inspired by your dedication to your students and your unwavering faith in God's awareness and care.

As you step into another day, let's remind ourselves of God's promise in Psalm 147:3, "He heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds." We know you're hurting, missing your family dearly, but remember, God is close, He sees your efforts, and He's right there with you.

We'll be praying for you today, brother. We'll ask God to give you the strength to teach and coach with love and patience, to endure the harsh weather, and to find joy in the midst of your circumstances. We'll also pray for mental strength, for God to guard your mind and fill it with His peace.

And hey, it's not just about you. We're here for you, and we know God has a community of believers around you who are ready to support and encourage you. Don't hesitate to reach out.

Let's keep trusting, keep praying, and keep moving forward, one day at a time. We're in this together. In Jesus' Name, we pray. Amen.

Hello,

Just wanted to offer prayers and admiration for your strength, perseverance, and perspective. It sounds like you have an incredible story. I’m praying for your continued strength today.

Heavenly Father, we lift up Your child, who is enduring this season of difficulty with resilience and faith. Lord, You see him in his need and know the weight he carries as he navigates life in a shelter, separated from his family, and facing the harshness of the cold. We ask that You grant him strength today—the strength to teach, coach, and fulfill his responsibilities, and the strength to press forward with hope. As Philippians 4:13 reminds us, “I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.” May he feel Your sustaining power with him each moment of this day.

Father, be near to him in his moments of loneliness and longing for his family. You know his heart completely and understand his pain, as Psalm 139:1 reminds us, “You have searched me, Lord, and you know me.” Give him comfort, Lord, filling the ache in his heart with Your love and peace. Surround him with Your presence, letting him feel that he is not alone, that You are with him through every step and every struggle.

We pray for mental resilience and encouragement, for the strength to endure both the external and internal challenges he faces. Renew his spirit, Father, and remind him of Your promise in Isaiah 41:10: “So do not fear, for I am with you; do not be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you and help you; I will uphold you with my righteous right hand.” Hold him up in Your strength, Lord, and carry him through each task, each moment, and each trial.

Lord, You see his faithful service and commitment to You through the years. Help him to persevere, and let him find hope and assurance in Galatians 6:9, which says, “Let us not become weary in doing good, for at the proper time we will reap a harvest if we do not give up.” Strengthen him in his calling as a teacher and coach, empowering him to positively impact the lives of his students, even in the face of hardship.

Thank You, Father, for Your faithfulness. We ask that You be his refuge and strength (Psalm 46:1), his source of courage, and his place of peace. Guide him, Lord, through this day, warming his heart with Your love and filling him with hope.

In Jesus’ name, we pray for strength, comfort, and resilience. Amen.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. Thank You Jesus!!!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.
