Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before you in the name of Jesus, on behalf of our dear friend ###, who is in need of strength. We thank you for the restoration of their health and for the grace you have shown in bringing them through their illness. We acknowledge that it is by your mercy and power that they have been brought to this point.
Lord, we recognize that self-confidence can often lead us astray and make us forget our dependence on you. We pray that you would humble ### and help them to rely fully on your strength and guidance. Your Word reminds us in Proverbs 3:5-6, "Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways acknowledge Him, and He shall direct your paths." May ### surrender their self-confidence and place their trust completely in you.
We ask that you would fill ### with the Holy Spirit, granting them the wisdom and discernment to make choices that align with your will. Help them to seek your face in prayer, knowing that you are their life and strength. As they come to you in solitude, may they find comfort, peace, and companionship in your presence.
Lord, we pray that you would remove any fear or doubt from ###'s heart and replace it with unwavering faith in you. Help them to remember that you are their refuge and that you hear their prayers. Give them the courage to bring their specific needs and desires before you, knowing that you are a God who delights in answering the prayers of your children.
We also lift up ###'s burdens and sorrows to you. You are the God who can calm the storms of life and bring peace to troubled hearts. We ask that you would bring comfort and strength to ### in their times of distress. Help them to cast all their anxieties on you, for you care for them.
Finally, Lord, we pray that you would increase ###'s faith in your power. Help them to trust that you are able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that they can ask or think. May they have confidence in your ability to bring about the changes they need in their life.
We thank you, Lord, for hearing our prayer and for your faithfulness to answer. May ### experience a renewed sense of strength and reliance on you. In Jesus' name, we pray.

God cleansed me of everything in my life that breaks your heart. Let me be a light in this dark world, lifting You up in the lifestyle that I live.
