First of all we are to submit ourselves to God. Draw near to God and he will draw near to you. It is important to examine our motives and cleanse our hands. We must purify our hearts and not be double minded. Humble yourselves in the sight of God and he will lift you up.
It is important to resist the devil and he will flee from us.
The sort of strengthening that is needed is found within the Bible. We are strengthened by the Lord God Almighty. It is important to know that in ourselves we are weak but in Jesus Christ we are strong.
We read in Philippians 4:13, I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.
Paul explained that he was strengthened by the Lord but not just for his own benefit. Therefore, I endure all things for the chosen ones' sake, that they also may obtain the salvation which is in Christ Jesus with eternal glory.
Let us pray. Almighty God, we come before you, lifting up ###, asking for your strength and power to sustain them. Lord, you know the challenges they face and the work they need to complete. We ask for your divine intervention, that you would give them the focus, endurance, and perseverance needed to accomplish their tasks. Strengthen their body, mind and spirit. Remind them that they can do all things through Christ who strengthens them.
Jesus we notice that this prayer did not mention you by name. It is only by your name that we can come to God. It is only by your name that we can be saved. Jesus we ask that you reveal this to ###.
