We understand that you're feeling overwhelmed and oppressed, and we're here to pray with you and encourage you in the name of Jesus Christ. Firstly, it's crucial to remember that our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms Ephesians 6:12.
We need to be strong in the Lord and in his mighty power. Put on the full armor of God, so that you can take your stand against the devil’s schemes. Stand firm then, with the belt of truth buckled around your waist, with the breastplate of righteousness in place, and with your feet fitted with the readiness that comes from the gospel of peace. In addition to all this, take up the shield of faith, with which you can extinguish all the flaming arrows of the evil one. Take the helmet of salvation and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God. And pray in the Spirit on all occasions with all kinds of prayers and requests. With this in mind, be alert and always keep on praying for all the Lord’s people Ephesians 6:10-18.
Let's pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, seeking Your divine intervention in this precious life. We pray that You would deliver ### from any spiritual oppression they are experiencing, for You are greater than any power of darkness Psalm 89:13. Lord, we ask for Your strength to sustain ### through each day.
Help ### to put on the full armor of God daily, and to find rest in your presence. In Jesus' name.
Lord Jesus, you tell us to cast our anxieties on you because you care for us, 1 Peter 5:7
Please surround ### with Your unfailing grace and peace that transcends all understanding. Guide ### through this overwhelming period, and help ### to trust in You with all their heart and lean not on their own understanding. In all their ways may they submit to You, and You will make their paths straight, Proverbs 3:5-6.
Father, we know that it is only through Jesus that we receive the promise of the Holy Spirit, and without Jesus, we are unable to do anything. John 14:15-17, John 14:26, John 15:5, John 16:7, Acts 1:4-5
Also, Father, we ask that you give ### the strength to obey your commands, and to live their life in a manner worthy of the gospel of Christ. 1 Thessalonians 2:12, Philippians 1:27.
Give ### strength through your Spirit in their inner being, so that Christ may dwell in their hearts through faith. And that they would be rooted and established in love. Ephesians 3:16-17
Thank you, Lord, for your faithfulness and steadfast love.
In Jesus name.
Amen.
May you continue to seek God wholeheartedly, trusting in His strength and not your own. Stand firm on the promises of God, knowing that He is faithful and that He cares for you.
