We understand your concern for ### and the impact his actions are having. Let us stand together in prayer for him.
Firstly, we must remember that God desires for all to be free from bondage. As it is written in John 8:36 (WEB), "If therefore the Son makes you free, you will be free indeed." Freedom from addiction is possible through Jesus Christ.
However, we must also address that freedom comes from a personal decision to turn away from sin and towards Jesus. We encourage ### to take responsibility for his actions and seek God's help. As it is written in Romans 12:2 (WEB), "Don’t be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, so that you may prove what is the good, well-pleasing, and perfect will of God."
Let us pray:
"Dear Heavenly Father, we come before you in the name of Jesus to lift up ###. Lord, you know the struggle he is facing, and we ask that you break the chains of addiction in his life. Grant him the strength to resist temptation and the courage to seek help. Open his heart to your love and forgiveness, and guide him to a life that honors you. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."
We encourage you, ###, to continue supporting ###, not by enabling him, but by pointing him towards Jesus and professional help. Remember, it is only through Jesus that true healing and restoration can occur. As it is written in Acts 4:12 (WEB), "There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men by which we must be saved!”
