We are glad to join you in prayer for spiritual cleansing and health. It is wonderful that you acknowledge Jesus for all He has done. Remember, it is by the name of Jesus Christ that we have access to God, and it is only by His name that we can be saved. As we pray, let's focus on your spiritual and physical well-being, and let's come before God the Father in Jesus Christ.
As we turn to the Word of God, we are reminded of the assurance we have in the blood of Jesus and the word of our testimony: "who were born, not of blood, nor of the will of the flesh, nor of the will of man, but of God." Because of this, we can draw near to the throne of grace with confidence. And if we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness. He sent his word, and healed them, and delivered them from their destructions.
Let us pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up this dear soul who seeks Your healing and cleansing. We thank You for the blood of Jesus that cleanses us from all sin and for Your mercy and grace that are new every morning.
Father, we ask that You wash over us with Your cleansing power, removing any impurities and renewing a right spirit within us. Heal us from any physical ailments, and help us to live in a way that honors You. Give us the strength to resist temptation and to walk in Your ways.
We also pray for this person's health, Lord. Touch their body, heal any infirmities, and restore them to full health. Give them the strength to endure any trials they may be facing and to trust in Your goodness and faithfulness.
Lord, we thank You for all that You have done and all that You will do. We ask all this in the precious name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.
Be encouraged by relying on these scriptures:
"But as many as received him, to them he gave the right to become God's children, to those who believe in his name: who were born not of blood, nor of the will of the flesh, nor of the will of man, but of God."
"Let us therefore draw near with boldness to the throne of grace, that we may receive mercy, and may find grace for help in time of need."
"If we confess our sins, he is faithful and righteous to forgive us the sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness."
"He sent his word, and healed them, and delivered them from their destructions."
