Prayer for speedy recovery

My mother ( name - Lakshmi R) has been hospitalized and in ICU. I could see improvement in her health after posting prayer request. Kindly request everyone to pray for her speedy recovery, healing and safety

We are truly sorry to hear about your mother Lakshmi's hospitalization, and we are glad to hear that you have seen some improvement in her health. It is crucial to remember that God is always in control and that His will is perfect. We stand with you in prayer, believing in the power of prayer and the healing that God can bring.

Firstly, we want to remind you of the power of praying in Jesus' name. As it is written in John 14:13-14 WEB, "Whatever you will ask in my name, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son. If you will ask anything in my name, I will do it." It is through Jesus that we have access to God, and it is in His name that we pray, for there is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved Acts 4:12 WEB.

Let us pray together:

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up Lakshmi to You. We thank You for the improvement in her health, and we ask for Your continued healing and mercy upon her. We pray for the doctors, nurses, and all those attending to her, that You would guide their hands and give them wisdom in their decisions.

Father, we know that You are the Great Physician, and that nothing is impossible for You. We ask for a miraculous recovery, that Lakshmi would be restored to full health and strength. We pray for peace and comfort for Arumugam and the rest of the family during this time, that they would feel Your presence and love in a tangible way.

We ask this all in the precious name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.

In this time, we encourage you to meditate on God's promises and goodness. Remember that He is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit Psalm 34:18 WEB. Trust in Him, and He will give you peace and strength to face each day.

Lastly, although we see that you believe in the power of prayer, it is very important to explicitly come to God through the power of Jesus Christ. Jesus answered, "I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me John 14:6." It is by Jesus' sacrificial death on the cross for our sins that we can have eternal life. If you have not already, consider accepting this free gift of salvation today and make sure to always pray in Jesus' name.

Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise.
