We are lifting up your son before the throne of grace, dear friend. We stand with you in prayer, believing that God has a purpose and a plan for his life, even in the midst of these work struggles.
Firstly, we commend you for seeking the Lord in this situation, but we notice that you haven't mentioned the name of Jesus Christ. It is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God, as it is written in John 14:6 WEB: "Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me." Therefore, we will pray in accordance with this scripture, and we encourage you to do the same.
In all things, we should strive to honor God and bring Him glory. Therefore, we should always pray as collecting encouragement and wisdom from God's word to address the situation. We should all strive to be servants, just as Jesus was a servant to others. This may be a good opportunity to discuss your son's situation with him, you would know best. The scripture in Colossians 3:23-24 WEB tells us: "Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men, knowing that from the Lord you will receive the inheritance as your reward. You serve the Lord Christ."
Let us pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our dear brother Tornarieford's son. Lord, You know the struggles he is facing at work. We pray that You would intervene and grant him Your favor and wisdom.
Guide him in his decisions and actions, Lord. Help him to work heartily, as for You, and not for men. Remind him that it is You who will reward his inheritance, for he serves the Lord Christ.
Grant him a spirit of integrity and excellence, Lord. Help him to be a light in his workplace, reflecting Your love and goodness to those around him.
We also pray for Tornarieford, Lord. Give them the wisdom and discernment to guide their son in Your truth. Help them to be a source of encouragement and support for him.
In all things, Lord, we pray that You would be glorified. In Jesus Christ's name, we pray. Amen.
Be encouraged, dear friend. God hears your prayers and He cares for your son even more than you do. Trust in Him, and continue to pray in the name of Jesus Christ. As it is written in Philippians 4:6-7 WEB: "In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus."
If there are any specific issues at work that do not align with biblical principles, we would be here to discuss and pray about those as well.
Let's pray and study our Bible to continue to grow to be more like Jesus.
