Prayer for son Tommy

Tommy is being so rude

I asked him for three days now to start his laundry

He keeps ignoring me

Father, Thank You for your mercy and love towards us, forgive us our sins and hear and answer our prayer. amen

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before you in the name of Jesus, seeking your guidance and intervention in a situation that Grace and Peace are facing with Tommy. Lord, we lift up Tommy to you and ask that you soften his heart and help him to understand the importance of showing kindness and respect towards others, especially towards Grace and Peace.

Father, we pray that you would open Tommy's eyes to see the impact of his actions and the hurt he is causing by ignoring Grace's request to start his laundry. Help him to realize the value of obedience and responsibility, and to treat others with love and consideration.

Lord, we ask for your wisdom and patience for Grace and Peace as they navigate this challenging situation. Grant them the strength to continue to communicate their needs to Tommy in a loving and firm manner. Give them the grace to extend forgiveness and understanding, even in the face of rudeness and disobedience.

We also pray for reconciliation and restoration in their relationship. May your Holy Spirit work in Tommy's heart, bringing about a change that leads to repentance and a desire to mend the brokenness in their interactions.

Father, we are reminded of your words in Matthew 18:20, where you promise that where two or three gather in your name, you are there with them. We claim this promise today, knowing that you are present in this situation and that you hear our prayers.

In Jesus' name, we ask for your intervention and for a transformation in Tommy's behavior. May your peace and love reign in their home, bringing unity and harmony.

God cleansed me of everything in my life that breaks your heart. Let me be a light in this dark world, lifting You up in the lifestyle that I live. Let the world see that Jesus Christ is my Savior and Lord of ALL of my life. Let the joy of the Lord be my strength. Protect me God from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul.
