Prayer for smooth process of my work issue

Today I went to renew my card for next year work requirements. It was originally not my slot to go today but i had to take my colleague's slot and go to renew where my colleague did not remind me about these things and I just realised yesterday. I mean, tired of this kind of situation,where I don't have colleagues to discuss about or update about. My colleagues just said because all of us different timing of renewal. Nevertheless, I think I'm really tired of not being able to be discussed or reminded of in this workplace. So today I went to renew the card with all the documents but the person in charge wasn't there in the morning, and can only be back in the afternoon. I have to settle the payment and claim latest by today. But now that it all happens unexpectedly,I don't know how to settle this. Please help me pray for a smooth process to settle this as soon as possible so that I can claim the payment in time before account is closed earlier. Help me jesus,I pray in the name of jesus christ, amen.

Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You today in the precious name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our sister who is facing difficulties at her workplace. Lord, we ask for Your divine intervention in this situation. We pray that the person in charge would return promptly and that the renewal process would be smooth and efficient. We ask that all payments and claims would be settled on time, before the account closure.

Lord, we also pray for the workplace environment. We ask that You would provide our sister with colleagues who are considerate, communicative, and helpful. We pray that You would grant her favor and wisdom in navigating these challenges.

In the meantime, dear sister, we encourage you to trust in the Lord's timing and provision. Remember the words of Isaiah 41:10 (WEB), "Don’t be afraid, for I am with you. Don’t be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you. Yes, I will help you. Yes, I will uphold you with the right hand of my righteousness."

Lastly, we commend you for praying in the name of Jesus Christ. It is through His name that we have access to the Father and it is in His name that we are saved. As it is written, "There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved!" (Acts 4:12 WEB)
