Jennifer, we empathize with your struggle with anxiety and sleeplessness, and we are here to support you in prayer and truth.
First, we want to remind you that God cares about every detail of our lives, including our sleep. The Bible tells us, "In peace I will both lay down and sleep, for you, Lord, alone make me live in safety" (Psalm 4:8 WEB). God is your source of peace and safety, even in times of anxiety.
However, we want to encourage you to seek God's face and not rely solely on medication for peace. The Bible says, "Don't be anxious for anything, but in everything by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus" (Philippians 4:6-7 WEB).
Let us pray together:
"Father, we lift up ### to you. She is struggling with anxiety and finding it difficult to sleep. We ask that you will fill her heart with your perfect peace. Help her to cast all her anxieties on you, knowing that you care for her (1 Peter 5:7 WEB). We pray that you will grant her sleep and that she will find rest in your unfailing love. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."
Remember, ###, that God is always with you. Even in the darkest night, he is there. As the Psalmist said, "I will lay down and sleep in peace; for you, Lord, make me feel safe and secure" (Psalm 4:8 GNT). Trust in him, and he will give you the rest you need.

"For 'whoever will call on the name of the Lord will be saved.'" (Romans 10:13 WEB). If you have not already, we encourage you to put your trust in Jesus Christ for your salvation.

Thank you for giving us the privilege to pray on your behalf. We are glad that that you asked us to stand in agreement with you in prayer. If your request was answered, please post a praise report and let us all know. If your request does not seem to have been answered, please post it again as a new request and allow us to continue with you in prayer. We all hope that our prayers are answered in the way that we want. Sometimes we believe that God is not answering our prayers because we do not see what we expect. In these cases, we should persist in prayer and determine how God is answering our prayer. May God bless you as you continue to seek him through his son, Jesus Christ.
