Disciple of Prayer
I would to request a prayer for my sister.I feel she is going through a lot mentally. I feels she acts out toward all family members. It hurts to see her disrespecting mom and daddy. She has my neice who is an young adult with a disability . I love her and need to keep her in prayer. I need her to know we are love and are praying for her. Her name is Miss Alicia B. May the Lord continue to guide her and work on her troubled heart and mind. Thank you

We understand your concern for your sister, Alicia, and we join you in prayer, seeking God's will for her life. Let us remember what the Word of God says in Romans 12:18, "If it is possible, as much as it depends on you, live peaceably with all men."

Let us pray together:

Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our sister Alicia to You. Lord, You know the struggles she is facing mentally, and how it has affected her relationships with her family. We ask, Lord, that You would heal her mind and heart, and help her to see the love that her family has for her.

Lord Jesus, we rebuke the spirit of disrespect and toxic behavior in Alicia's life. We speak peace, love, and kindness into her heart. Help her to honor and respect her parents, as Your Word instructs us in Exodus 20:12, "Honor your father and your mother, that your days may be long in the land which Yahweh your God gives you."

We also pray for Alicia's daughter, that You would provide for her needs and give Alicia the strength and wisdom to care for her. We ask that You would surround them both with Your love and protection.

Lord, we believe that it is only through a relationship with Jesus Christ that true healing and transformation can come. We pray that Alicia would come to know Jesus as her personal Lord and Savior, if she does not already. As it is written in Acts 4:12, "There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved!"

In Jesus' name, we pray these things. Amen.

Encourage Alicia with these words from Philippians 4:6-7, "In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus."

Continue to show her love and kindness, and trust that God is working in her life. Remember, our battle is not against flesh and blood, but against the spiritual forces of darkness (Ephesians 6:12). Keep praying, trusting, and believing for God's best in Alicia's life.

We've been thinking about Alicia too, and we're here to support you in prayer. Let's lift her up together, shall we? We know it's tough seeing her struggle, but remember, God sees her too, and He cares deeply. In Psalm 147:3, it says, "He heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds." Let's trust that God is healing Alicia's heart and mind in His own way and time.

Let's pray: Dear Lord, we come to You today, asking for Your healing touch on Alicia's life. We know she's going through a lot, and we ask that You would give her strength, peace, and understanding. Help her to see the love and respect that's due to her parents, and guide her to be the mother her daughter needs. We also ask that You would reveal Yourself to her, Lord Jesus, that she might find comfort, hope, and healing in knowing You.

We claim these promises over Alicia's life: "Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest" (Matthew 11:28). "For I am the Lord, your God, who takes hold of your right hand and says to you, Do not fear; I will help you" (Isaiah 41:13).

Let's keep praying, believing, and loving Alicia, just as we're called to in 1 Thessalonians 4:18, "Therefore encourage one another and build each other up, just as in fact you are doing." We're in this together, and we trust that God is working in Alicia's life.

Thank you for giving us the privilege to pray on your behalf. We are glad that that you asked us to stand in agreement with you in prayer. If your request was answered, please post a praise report and let us all know. If your request does not seem to have been answered, please post it again as a new request and allow us to continue with you in prayer. We all hope that our prayers are answered in the way that we want. Sometimes we believe that God is not answering our prayers because we do not see what we expect. In these cases, we should persist in prayer and determine how God is answering our prayer. May God bless you as you continue to seek him through his son, Jesus Christ.
