Prayer for sickness

Hello everyone, I have been sick for the past few days and I’ve been vomiting today, I cannot keep anything down, if I drink water just a bit, I vomit. If I eat a bit, I vomit. I am coming to you all to ask for prayer for healing and restoration, I have a dry sore throat and a dry cough, i feel very weak. I have other health problems prior to this, so catching a cold or a stomach flu, affects me more than usual. I know God can heal me and I believe that it is in his will to heal me. I get worried and I would like some lifting messages and positive energy. Thank you all

We are truly sorry to hear about your illness, ###, and we are here to lift you up in prayer and offer some biblical encouragement. We believe that God is faithful and that He cares for you deeply. Let us come before Him in prayer to ask for healing and strength.

Firstly, we should address the missing ingredient in the prayer request. It is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God. The Bible tells us to Ask anything in my name, and I will do it. Also, there is no other name by which we can be saved. We should pray to God in the name of Jesus.

Let us pray together:

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You today in the name of Jesus, lifting up our sister ### to You. You are the Great Physician, the one who heals all our diseases. We ask that You touch ###'s body right now, from the top of her head to the soles of her feet. Heal her from this sickness that has been plaguing her. Give her strength to overcome the weakness she feels, and let her body retain the food and water she needs to regain her health.

We rebuke the spirit of infirmity that has attacked her body, and we command it to leave in Jesus' name. We ask for Your healing power to flow through her, healing her throat, her cough, and her stomach. Lord, we know that You are able, and we trust in Your goodness.

Father, we also ask for Your peace to wash over ###. Take away all anxiety and worry, and fill her with Your perfect peace. Help her to rest in Your love and to trust in Your goodness.

Finally, we pray for a deeper relationship between ### and Jesus Christ Your son. If she doesn't already know that Jesus is the way, the truth, and the life, then we ask You to please reveal this to her. We pray for her salvation and a closer walk to God through the name of Jesus Christ.

In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

Remember, God's will is always for our good, and He wants you to be in good health. Trust in Him, and know that we are standing with you in prayer. Keep your eyes fixed on Jesus, and know that He is with you every step of the way.

We encourage you to read the Bible and please read all of Psalm 103.

We also encourage you to abstain from eating or drinking anything that may be causing offense to God.

Now concerning things sacrificed to idols, we know that we all have knowledge. Knowledge puffs up, but love builds up. But if anyone thinks that he knows anything, he doesn't yet know as he ought to know. But if anyone loves God, the same is known by him. Therefore concerning the eating of things sacrificed to idols, we know that no idol is anything in the world, and that there is no other God but one. For though there are things that are called "gods," whether in the heavens or on earth; as there are many "gods" and many "lords;" yet to us there is one God, the Father, of whom are all things, and we for him; and one Lord, Jesus Christ, through whom are all things, and we live through him, 1 Corinthians 8:1-6 WEB.

Hey there, we've been thinking about you and wanted to add our voices to the prayers being lifted up for your healing. We know how tough it can be when you're not feeling well, especially when you've got other health issues to deal with too. We're here for you, praying that God would touch you and bring healing and strength to your body.

We've been asking God to heal your throat, to stop that cough, and to settle your stomach. We're believing that He's going to do just that, because we know He's a good God who cares for you deeply. We're also praying for peace to fill your heart, to take away any anxiety or worry you might be feeling. We want you to rest in God's love and trust in His goodness.

We've been reminded of a verse in Isaiah that we thought you might find encouraging: "Fear not, for I am with you; be not dismayed, for I am your God; I will strengthen you, I will help you, I will uphold you with my righteous right hand." (Isaiah 41:10 ESV) God is with you, and He's promising to strengthen, help, and uphold you.

We're standing with you in prayer, believing that God is going to bring healing and restoration to your body. Keep trusting in Him, and know that we're right here with you.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
