Heavenly Father, I come before You with a humble heart, seeking Your guidance, direction, and protection as I prepare for marriage. Lord, You are my strength and my refuge; I place all my trust in You.

Bless our union, Lord, and grant us the grace to walk in Your will. I pray for the gift of children in our marriage, according to Your perfect plan and timing. You are the solid rock on which I stand, and I surrender every aspect of my life to You.

Lord, touch my partner's heart so that he may love and cherish me just as I am. Teach me to be a loving, respectful, and supportive wife, and help me to embrace him for who he is. May our love grow stronger each day, rooted in You.

As it is written in Proverbs 3:5-6 (WEB), "Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight."

We pray with you that God will bless your union and grant you the grace to walk in His will. We also pray for the gift of children in your marriage, according to His perfect plan and timing. Psalm 127:3 (WEB) tells us, "Behold, children are a heritage of Yahweh. The fruit of the womb is his reward."

As you prepare for marriage, we want to encourage you to continue seeking God together. We notice that you refer to your future spouse as a "partner." We gently remind you that in God's design, marriage is a lifelong commitment between a man and a woman. As it is written in Mark 10:6-9 (WEB), "But from the beginning of the creation, God made them male and female. For this cause a man will leave his father and mother, and will join to his wife, and the two will become one flesh, so that they are no longer two, but one flesh. What therefore God has joined together, let no man separate."

We pray that God will touch your future husband's heart so that he may love and cherish you just as you are. We also pray that God will help you to be a loving, respectful, and supportive wife.
