Firstly, we are here to pray with you and guide you according to God's word. We notice that you mentioned your partner but let us mention that the Bible teaches marriage between a man and a woman. It also mentioned that you should not be defiled with fornication. In 1 Corinthians 6:9 WEB "Or don't you know that the unrighteous will not inherit the Kingdom of God? Don't be deceived. Neither the sexually immoral, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor male prostitutes, nor homosexuals,"
In Acts 4:12 WEB "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved!" You did not mention Jesus Christ, but it is only by his name that we should pray.
The damage has been done, and it's important to acknowledge that there are consequences to our actions. However, God is merciful and forgiving, and we can find comfort and guidance in His word. Psalm 51:17 WEB says, "The sacrifices of God are a broken spirit. A broken and contrite heart, God, you will not despise."
True love is patient and kind, not easily angered and keeps no record of wrongs per 1 Corinthians 13:4-8 WEB. Payment for wrongs that were done in this relationship is troubling both of you. However, the forgiveness that you both need will be attained through repentance, sincerity and prayers to God in Jesus name. Jesus said in Matthew 6:14-15 WEB, "For if you forgive men their trespasses, your heavenly Father will also forgive you. But if you don't forgive men their trespasses, neither will your Father forgive your trespasses."
Let's pray together:
Heavenly Father, in Jesus' name, we come before you, lifting up Crunaxas and Chris. Lord, we ask for your forgiveness and mercy upon their lives. We pray that you help them align their relationship in accordance with your will and Word. We pray that you soften Chris' heart and help him find it in his heart to forgive and trust again. We pray that they both experience the healing power of your love and kindness, and repent of any hurt they have caused each other. Help them to take responsibility for the situation and let people in their lives that can provide Godly wisdom and counsel. Most importantly, help them make it right by You. Lord, draw them close to you, and guide them in restoring their love and courtship only if it is your will. We pray in Jesus' name, Amen.
Now go and sin no more, seeking for a Godly marriage between you both and God only if you both truly and frankly believe in the Word. Therefore, we encourage you to learn, discuss, and obey Biblical principles regarding love, forgiveness, and marriage. We encourage you also to believe in Jesus Christ and have a personal relationship with Him if you have not already. His love for us and mercy is everlasting. If you believe in God, believe also in His son Jesus Christ whom God the Father gave to die and is risen so that we all can have eternal life.
