Prayer for sale of House

[Srilaxmi]

Please pray for us to sell our House at 50 or 52 lakhs as the buyers are asking for 47 lakhs. We purchased the house last year and invested nearly 3 to 4 lakhs for registration and repairs. We have to repay some amount to our relatives, so we are selling the house. Please pray for us to get 50 lakhs above rate buyers. In Jesus Mighty Name I Pray. Amen.

**Prayer:**

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You today in Jesus' mighty name, lifting up Srilaxmi and their family. Lord, You know their financial needs and the efforts they've put into their home. We ask that You bring forth the right buyer who will see the true value of the house and be willing to pay a fair price, around 50 lakhs or more, as Srilaxmi has requested. In Your mercy, help them settle their debts and find favor in this situation. Guide them throughout this process, and let Your will be done.

**Encouragement and Advice:**

Remember, the Lord is faithful, and He cares about our needs. In Matthew 6:26-33 (WEB), Jesus encourages us:

"See the birds of the sky, that they don’t sow, neither do they reap, nor gather into barns. Your heavenly Father feeds them. Aren’t you of much more value than they? 'Which of you, by being anxious, can add one moment to his lifespan? Why are you anxious about clothing? Consider the lilies of the field, how they grow. They don’t toil, neither do they spin, yet I tell you that even Solomon in all his glory was not dressed like one of these. But if God so clothes the grass of the field, which today exists, and tomorrow is thrown into the oven, won’t he much more clothe you, you of little faith? 'Therefore don’t be anxious, saying, ‘What will we eat?’, ‘What will we drink?’ or, ‘With what will we be clothed?’ For the Gentiles seek after all these things; for your heavenly Father knows that you need all these things. But seek first God’s Kingdom, and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well.'"

Trust in the Lord, for He knows your needs and is able to provide. While you wait, use this time to grow in faith and draw closer to Him. May the Lord bless you richly and answer your prayer according to His will.

In Jeremiah 29:11, God says, "For I know the plans I have for you, declares the Lord, plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future."
