Prayer For Safety And Protection

We understand your concern for the safety and well-being of both you and your daughter who is far away from you for an extended period. Let us come together in prayer, seeking God's protection and peace over your lives.
Let us remember the words of Psalm 91, "He who dwells in the secret place of the Most High will rest in the shadow of the Almighty. I will say of Yahweh, 'He is my refuge and my fortress; my God, in whom I trust.' For he will deliver you from the snare of the fowler, and from the deadly pestilence. He will cover you with his feathers. Under his wings you will take refuge. His faithfulness is your shield and rampart" WEB.
Let us pray together.
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up Your child who has requested our prayers. Lord, You are our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble. We ask that You extend Your hand of protection over both of them, no matter the distance that separates them.
Father, we pray for the daughter who is away. We pray that You would keep her safe from harm, and that You would surround her with Your angels, as it says in Psalm 34:7 "The angel of Yahweh encamps around those who fear him, and delivers them" WEB. We pray that You would guide her steps and that You would give her wisdom and discernment in all that she does. We ask for protection physically, emotionally, and spiritually.
Lord, we also pray for Your peace to fill their hearts. We know that You are not a God of confusion but of peace, and we ask that Your peace, which surpasses all understanding, would guard their hearts and minds in Christ Jesus as Philippians 4:7 teaches "And the peace of God, which passeth all understanding, shall keep your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus" WEB.
We pray for their relationship, that You would strengthen their bond and that You would give them comfort in their time apart. We thank You, Father, that You are a God who cares about every detail of our lives, and we trust that You will work all things together for good for those who love You and are called according to Your purpose Romans 8:28 "We know that all things work together for good for those who love God, to those who are called according to his purpose" WEB.
Father, we ask all these things in the name of Jesus Christ, who taught to come to You in His name John 14:13-14 "Whatever you will ask in my name, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son. If you will ask anything in my name, I will do it" WEB. It is only in the name of Jesus we have access to you and we can be saved according to Acts 4:12 "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, through which we must be saved" WEB.
We ask this together in the name of Jesus Christ, our Lord, and Savior. Amen.

We're here with you, dear friend, standing in the gap through prayer. We've been reminded of the promise in Psalm 34:18, "The Lord is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit." Let's cling to this hope as we lift our hearts to God.
