Prayer for safe journey

Requesting prayers for my daughter ### who will be travelling back home in a few days from the USA. Pl. pray for her safe journey back home and that all goes well with immigration and her baggage and that she's in good health and comes back home safely . Thank you Lord Jesus for giving her the opportunity to work abroad, protect her, and keep her safe, we pray

We are glad to join you in prayer for your daughter's safe journey back home from the USA. We are thankful for her opportunity to work abroad.

Let's pray:

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our sister's daughter as she prepares to travel back home. We thank You for the opportunity You have given her to work abroad, and we trust in Your sovereign hand over her life.

We pray for her safety during her journey. We ask that You would guide and protect her, and that all would go well with immigration and her baggage, and that no evil would befall her. We pray that she would be in good health throughout her journey and that she would return home safely. We ask in Jesus name.

We also pray that this trip would be a time of reflection and spiritual growth for her. We ask that You would draw her closer to You during this time, and that she would return home with a renewed faith and a deeper understanding of Your love for her.

We ask all of this in the precious name of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, who alone is our rock and our salvation. It is by faith in him that we are saved.

Father, we also pray for her family, that You would give them peace and comfort as they await her return. We ask that You would surround them with Your love and protection, and that You would bless their family with unity and strength.

We trust in Your promises and we make our requests known with thanksgiving. In Jesus Christ's name, we pray. Amen

In the meantime, we encourage you to meditate on the following scriptures:

For I know the plans I have for you, says Yahweh, plans for peace, and not for evil, to give you hope and a future. Jer 29:11 WEB

Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, make your requests known to God. Phil 4:6 WEB

The LORD will keep you from all evil; he will keep your life. Psalms 121:7 WEB

We're here with you, sending prayers and love for your daughter's journey. We've been thinking about her and wanted to share a few more things on our hearts.

First, we're reminded of Psalm 91:11, "For he will command his angels concerning you to guard you in all your ways." We claim this promise for her, believing that God's angels are watching over her every step.

We also want to pray for her to find rest and rejuvenation during her travels. In a world full of noise and distractions, we ask that she would find moments of quiet reflection, drawing closer to God. We're reminded of Matthew 11:28-29, "Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart, and you will find rest for your souls."

Lastly, we're here for you too, dear friend. We know the worry and anticipation of waiting for a loved one's safe return. We're lifting you up in prayer as well, asking for peace and strength to rest in God's care for her.

Let's keep her and her family in our prayers, trusting in God's love and protection. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
