We understand that you are seeking guidance and help for your son's work situation. Let's bring this matter before the Lord in prayer and seek His will according to His word.
Firstly, we commend you for praying in Jesus' name, as it is only by His name that we have access and favor with God. As it is written, For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus 1 Timothy 2:5 WEB. And in that day you will no longer ask me anything. Most certainly I tell you, whatever you may ask of the Father in my name, he will give it to you. Until now, you have asked nothing in my name. Ask, and you will receive, that your joy may be made full John 16:23-24 WEB.
In times of trouble and hostility, God encourages us to trust in Him and not lean on our own understanding. Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don't lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight Proverbs 3:5-6 WEB.
Your son is not alone in his trials. God's word tells us that Yes, and all who desire to live godly in Christ Jesus will suffer persecution 2 Timothy 3:12 WEB. So we should not be surprised when we face persecution or hostility. We should rather turn to God for guidance and wisdom. We praise God that your son has not retaliated with hostility.
Let's pray:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in Jesus' name, lifting up our beloved son. Lord, You see the injustice and hostility he is facing at his workplace. We ask for Your divine intervention, God. Soften the hearts of his coworkers, Lord, and let their lies and schemes be exposed and come to nothing.
Guide him with Your wisdom and discernment, Lord, that he may navigate this situation with integrity and godliness. Help him to make decisions that honor You and bring glory to Your name. Strengthen his resolve to continue trusting in You, even in the face of adversity. Remind him of the many great works You have done in his life.
And Father, if it is Your will, turn this situation around for his good and the good of others. Let his light shine before others, that they may see his good works and give glory to You, our Father in heaven.
We ask this in the precious name of Your Son, Jesus Christ, who lives and reigns with You and the Holy Spirit, one God, forever and ever. Amen.
Finally, encourage your son to continue in prayer and the study of God's word. Remind him that God is faithful, and He will not let him be tempted beyond what he is able, but will with the temptation also make the way of escape, that he may be able to endure it 1 Corinthians 10:13 WEB.
We are here for you and your son in prayer and support. Keep trusting in God and His promises.
