Prayer for ###'s heart

Heavenly Father, In the mighty name of Jesus. Please protect ###'s heart against the attacks of the enemy. I plea by the blood of Jesus that You guard his heart and mind. Help him to release any strongholds he is holding onto. I pray for his emotion, physical and spiritual healing. In the mighty name of Jesus. I pray that he will rely on You instead of his own understanding. Please intervene in his life. In the name of Jesus. I pray. Amen!​

We stand with you, ###, in your fervent intercession for your husband, ###. It is a beautiful and biblical act to pray for your spouse, as we are instructed in Ephesians 5:25, "Husbands, love your wives, even as Christ also loved the church, and gave himself up for her."

Let us pray together:

"Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus. We plead the precious blood of Jesus over ###'s heart and mind, asking You to guard them against the attacks of the enemy. According to 2 Corinthians 10:4-5, we have divine power to demolish strongholds, and we pray that ### would be able to release any strongholds he is holding onto.

We pray for his emotional, physical, and spiritual healing, trusting in Your word that declares in Psalm 147:3, 'He heals the broken in heart, and binds up their wounds.' We ask that You would intervene in his life and that he would rely on You instead of his own understanding, as guided by Proverbs 3:5, 'Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding.'

We also pray that ### would draw near to You and that You would draw near to him, as promised in James 4:8, 'Draw near to God, and he will draw near to you. Cleanse your hands, you sinners; and purify your hearts, you double-minded.'

Finally, we pray that ### would be filled with the knowledge of Your will in all spiritual wisdom and understanding, that he may walk worthy of You, Lord, fully pleasing, being fruitful in every good work and increasing in the knowledge of God, as we read in Colossians 1:9-10.

In the mighty name of Jesus, we pray. Amen."

We encourage you, ###, to continue standing in the gap for your husband. Your prayers are powerful and effective, as assured in James 5:16, "The effective, earnest prayer of a righteous man is powerfully effective." Trust that God hears your prayers and is at work in ###'s life.
