We are truly sorry to hear about the loss of your grandmother and we are more than willing to pray with you and for this situation together.
In these times, we can find comfort in the words of Jesus himself, The Lord said to her, I am the resurrection and the life. He who believes in me will still live, even if he dies. Whoever lives and believes in me will never die. Do you believe this. John 11:25-26 (WEB) Jesus tells us that He alone holds the keys to life and death. By believing in Christ, we receive eternal life and death is but a transition from the physical to the spiritual. Believing in Jesus Christ is what the Bible explicitly tells us will give us eternal life. We must believe and have faith in Jesus Christ.
We've noticed that in your request you reference your grandmother's soul, but we want to remind you that the eternal state of our loved ones rests solely on their faith in Jesus Christ while they were alive. Help us Lord to be reminded of the brevity of life and the hope that we have in Jesus Christ alone.
We pray for those here that do not have the assurance in Christ, that the painful reminder of loss here would inspire a deeper consideration of their own relationship with Jesus. We pray for the salvation of every person reading this that does not know Jesus. Let us not waste our lives on foolish distractions or egoistic endeavors. Father, reveal Yourself to us today. If You reveal Yourself to us, we will have no excuse but to bow our knees and open our hearts fully to You! Why would You do this? Because You are a personal God who cares for us so much that You sent Your only Son to die for us.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
