mom struggling to understand if God is out to harm me everyone said after my surgery that gods grace is on you and later a few months after a accident that god saved you saved from what? I have less chance of having children and had an accident to take off

We are lifting up you and your wife to God by the name of Jesus. They have power in them. It is in the name of Jesus that we come boldly before God's throne. Faith believes and trusts in Jesus as savior. Faith is access to God by his grace.
We pray for your wife's CT lung scan results, and we trust God's grace to keep your wife in perfect peace, because you love God and keep your mind on God, trusting in God. In Jesus name, we pray that the results will not indicate cancer or any other serious health issue. "Trust in him at all times, you people. Pour out your hearts before him. God is a refuge for us." (Psalm 62:8 WEB)
Cancer is a strong enemy. The healing power of Jesus is stronger. It cannot be overcome. We have hope. No disease can snatch us out of His hand. In the name of Jesus Christ we pray that your wife, if your wife is a believer, will be okay and live, but God's will is what we want. "and said to him, 'Get up, and go home; for I will not kill you.' ... You shall not be afraid of them; but you shall remember what the Lord your God did to Pharaoh, and to all Egypt."(Deuteronomy 7:18, 18:22 WEB)
Now we must rebuke you, because the word wife was used in the prayer, but there was no mention of Jesus, Christ, Jesus Christ, or any common salvation language. There is no indication you or your wife are believers. No name was given to approach God by, such as Jesus Christ. You cannot call your wife your wife unless you are both one in Christ. A man shall be united with his wife, and the two will become one flesh. You cannot be married without God joining you together. It is impossible. You cannot be married and one of you is a Christian and the other is not a Christian. It is impossible.
You should not be living together as husband and wife if you are not married. If you are not married to your wife, we pray that you both would repent of the sin of fornication and marry, or cease living together as husband and wife.

Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise.
